13W7 box questions

looking to build a new box for my 13w7, right now it is in the jl prowedge sealed box. it sounds good but i want a little more out of the sub.

i consider myself a sq to sql guy. do not want the bass to drown out my music, but like to have more when needed. i listen to alot of diffrent types of music.

? 1. would a bigger sealed box be my answer. now it is in a 1.875 cu ft sealed box.

? 2. if i go ported what is a good size/freq. for my sub, jl says 2.375 cu ft tuned to 34 i was thinking of going 3 cu ft / 32 htz

? 3. what size box are you guys who have a 13w7 using

any imput would be great

does anyone have any suggestions on a good box size, not looking for plans just a good size thats works well with my sub. a good sq/sql box for a 4 runner.

that sub will take 2000 wrms if your careful and sound amazing in a sealed box

What ever you choose, Make sure that the Front is "1" Thick and the box is screwed and glued real good.

You can try adding Fiber fill to change damping and control.
