I need a box built for my 2 12 inch Kicker Cvrs. i want it built to kicker specs and tuned to 34 hz. i dont want any carpet on it just the box i have $70 in paypal to spend on it.

first it'd help to post how much space u have to work with and 2nd have fun getting a box build for that price unless u do it urself. Shipping alone is gonna cost at least $40 if its really built to kicker specs and even if someone was local i still doubt they'd do it for $70

also. 3 cubes is kinda small for 2 12's i would do 4 cubes. what is this going in?

Just to let you know, 70 dollars for two 12s SHIPPED is next to nothing. Even with pickup that's still like 10 dollars pocketed.
