Sorry for the slow reply..
This should work for you:

This is with 3/4" walls and 1/2" port walls

Ahhh what do you mean with 1/2" port walls? What if I use 3/4" MDF only, that's all I've got...

And I don't quite understand how I'd build that? I find it sooo much easier if it's laid out like subwoofertools or RE's box calculator.

changed to 3/4 for vent...

Box Parts (Square Prism)

you may need to adjust the dimensions of the port. So long as it is 21" long and 12.5x2.5 you will be fine

1 Top, 1 Bottom: 20 © x 31 (b) in

0.75 (thick) in

1 Front, 1 Back: 12.5 (a) x 29.5 (d) in

0.75 (thick) in

2 Sides: 12.5 (a) x 20 © x 0.75 (thick) in

Vent Parts

1 Top, 1 Bottom: 4 (e) x 21 (h) in

0.75 (thick) in

2 Sides: 12.5 (g) x 21 (h) x 0.75 (thick) in

14" tall

31" wide

20" deep

3.093cuft@34.17hz

4.37cuft of port //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

I appreciate all the help Linkz! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

Hahaha I ended up building a box this afternoon though, and ended up using a very similar design to your last one. It's 31x14x19, 3.0cubes tuned to 34.2hz

Just got to cut out the holes for the subs and a couple other things tomorrow and it's done! Would have been quicker if it didn't rain and if I would have used the table saw instead of the **** circular saw! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

No problem. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

I know how you feel with the circular saw. That thing is a ***** when it comes to getting everything straight!
