Need a amp. help me choose?

Sup all,

I got 2- 10" Infiniti Reference 1042w subs (DVC)/4 ohms and I am in search for a amp. I would like to see what you guys think is the best amp for its money.

I have a ported box (1.75") already built. Since amps changed sooo much since I have not been around in a grip. I researched and noticed that the Orion, PPI, Phoenix Gold, EarthQuake have not been as good as they were back in the days.. like cough, cough... 1993-1996. (Yes this was in my teen years).

But I am looking at these amps. Let me know what would be best for my design?

MA AUDIO HK800D

ORION DCX500.2

ORION 600D (MONO D)

ORION 4002

AMERICAN PRO VS-1593

AUTOTEK XS400.2

PHOENIX GOLD R5.0.1

HIFONICS ZX6000

I do not have access to any of those. I personally went with older US Amps Xtreme Amps and OMG they Rock! Best amps I have ever owned! Might be worth a look.

You can still get Zapcos, btw. And for a bit of nostalgia, there's a seller on eBay; "justonemoreamp" who specializes in hard to find and semi-oldschool amps.

Not necessarily bad, it's just "cooler" to have old school //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif Plus build quality and parts used tend to be a little better.
