need 2 ohm component set

Are those the only ones? I've been searching and that seems to be the only ones anyone mentions. I have a set a cdts up front right now getting 75rms but I want to move those to the back and get something that can handle the same amp going to them but take it as a 2ohm load so it will get more power. Any ideas?

If you want more power, buy a bigger amp. Besides that Ive seen some 3ohm Audiobahn and Digital Audio stuff, and Orion had a 2 or 3 ohm set. But honestly it would be easier and probably cheaper to buy an amp.

Keep in mind that the difference is, at best, 3db. Noticeable? Maybe, depending on relative efficiencies and such. Dramatic? Not really.

IMHO you would be much better off picking your component set based on sound quality, rather than impedance.

The Kappa's have a high sensitivity rating of 93 db so the X802-5 would be fine. A good high sensitivity 8" sub in a properly sized box would fit...
