whammy--Don't get Massive Audio P series amps. They are crap and breaking left and right. Not to mention you may see a good 1000 rms out of a P1500. Go with Sundown for sure.

crossfire vr1000d is working good for me. 1000 watts @1 ohm @ 12 volts so 1300 @ 14 volts

i didnt know mtx made a 1 ohm stable amp until just now, buy them now (ta7801) on ebay for 199 all day long! wow.

Honestly, sundowns are quite possibly the most rugged and durable amps on the market, all while putting out a ton of power at low voltages and even more at higher voltages... ppi pc2350. it does 1400 at 4 ohms, but if you can wire to 1 ohm, 4 would work as well.
