Just got a 1999 Navigator to hual the family around but still want my BOOM.... I want to keep the 3rd row so I have a LIMITED Space to work with. A total over around 4.3 ft3. So question. I list to alot of RnB and Hip Hop but really have a wide range. I had 4-12s in a sealed box in my suburban back then but now I'm looking for a nice tight set up. Looking at RE Audio *** and SXX 12s. So question really is what type of box 3 across facing up sealed or 2 up in a ported box? Also, is there any subs around the same price range better than RE?

That would be a function of the harness, not the HU, I think. Have you looked into a Maestro or iData interface? i would check with crutchfield...

thanks DB, that definitely helps swallowing a $300 price tag 😂 these would essentially be running midbass for me too

What is your budget? With being exposed to Rain.. I would recommend looking at a marine grade SAS Bazooka for the sub stage

Don't forget Hoffman's Iron Law. You can have 2 of the 3: low end, efficiency/sensitivity or small enclosure size...
