I enjoyed Sinfoni better than dynos. Also look into Phass Audio, they are getting great reviews on the streets. Oh yeah don't forget Seas or Focal, they are always on the iasca list of winners.
If you are referring to me on the last statement, well what I said about the list is to give him a good idea what type of products people run for "reference" and of course its all in the install.
My pick: HAT Hybrid Audio Technologies but someone already listed them. I am biased though.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif They have 2-way/3-way and now have passive x-overs if wanted and they can do matched pairs. They are also winning alot across the comp. scene.
i like my RSD's, but i don't know if you could win an SQ comp with them. it's possible though i guess. it's more about the install and the knowledge than the equipment itself.
Talking about JBL! I just installed a set of the power series components and let me tell you they sound freakin good. The vocals sound crisp and clean as hell and loud these suckers do loud without any hint of distortion. They can be bought as cheap as 95 bucks on ebay thats what I payed for a set.
