Components or Coax..?

Kickers component line-up isn't really much to consider. I'm not sure how to put this without totally bashing Kicker. The build quality of their subs and amps far surpasses that of their components. I think Kicker just wanted speakers available for purchase to match their current line of products so consumers could have 'matching equiptment'. Just my $0.02.

Good deal. Im not huge on SQ, so coax was a leading choice for ease of install. Also they are buy one get one 1/2 off with free shipping I think. Ill be sure to put up a build of the pods for yall.

i had a set of polk db 525's the 5 1/4 inch coax's. they sounded pretty good but they couldn't take any power. i had them on a rockford amp (cant remember the model) giving them about 100 watts per side and they didn't like it to much. i never killed them but i had them smelling pretty good quite a few times.

i would probably take the guy aboves advice. a lot of people are saying the Rev's from pioneer are the absolute best coax's you can get.
