Name me some decent alarms

Do not...I repeat, do not buy a alarm offline & then have a local shop install it!! If you have problems, you have to pay EACH time you take it back to the shop!! Also no warranty, could be missing parts, etc...

Search for your local Autopage dealers & go by to talk to them. It will be cheaper in the long run, do the alarm right & never think about it again!

Any model will work for the most part, but a local shop can look at your car & tell you what you need.

I just installed an Autopage alarm in my Honda

I had never installed an alarm before but it was not too bad.

I paid $32 for the alarm and bought a 15 watt siren for $9

It took a couple pf hours to install but for $40 vs $200 at the local shop - I think it was well worth it.

I did not install an Autostart but it would not have been much harder.

If you can install your own stereo stuff you should be able to install an alarm

12volt.com have the wiring color codes and locations for free for just about every car.

What are you an installer? I bought an Alarm online and had a shop to install it ,had to bring it back and no extra charge, the shop has warrenty on their work for 90 days...and DEI alarms are not a Headache to install..you are putting out some MISINFORMATION Florida Rep.
