Any bomb that comes into the US through the back door, and undetected would be considered a dirty bomb. Most are considered what you stated, and laced with mustard gas, anthrax or so forth.

Well basically i was stating that a dirty bomb is nothing like a conventional nuke. Although they can be quite deadly since they will most likely be laced with gasses and maybe nuclear waste. A dirty bomb really couldnt level a city since its destructive force isnt high, but its biochemical damage that would be done.
