I would just like to point out that your arguement has no logical pattern either. From a logical standpoint (i.e. regarless of each premise being true), the N. Korea Nuclear conclusion makes more sense. He did not say all of the worlds problems were W's fault so by comparing a dog being ***** to a nuclear issue is not only making a hasty generalization, but it also misses the point. Across the world GWB is the face associated to the US and the current situations whether you like it or not.

The USA is trigger happy at the moment.

North Korea formulates nuclear program in defense of hypothetical attack.

GWB is at fault for N. Korea's nuclear program.

Now, assuming that each premise is true (which doesn't have to be the case for logic to apply) this conclusion would be way more logical than this...
