If i take it to the dealership with an amp/woofers isn't that going to void my factory warrenty..?

an aftermarket radio may void your warranty, b/c shitty wiring harnesses have a bad habit of frying scan-tools.

call your dealer up and ask first. you'll figure out if you're dealing with a cool dealer or not right away.

there's some dealers who will overlook all sorts of upgrades, even chips and exhausts
