Was hoping you wouldnt say that. I have it on my subs now and they sound good but was hoping they could sound better with more power. I was gonna return it tomorrow for an amp for my components. It actually does 300x2 @ 4 ohms. Is that just crazy overboard for a set of crystal components? Should i just downgrade to the US Amps MD22 that does 200x2 @ 4 ohms to be safe? It would only save me about 20 bucks to down grade.

US Amps is the lowest "rated" of all 6 amps i listed @ 960X1 @ 4 ohms //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif All the others are rated at least 1200 and the Hifonics up to 1600 i believe.

I was playing it for about an hour straight and it cut off for about 30 seconds so i was thinking that maybe if i had more powerful amp, i wouldnt need to turn it up as much and it power the subs at a lower stress level.
