i like them alot more...they both recieved the same power, and the type r's blow the jl's away in output...and the SQ is comparable...

i'll hopefully be getting a new amp for the subs soon so they can get more power...

i bought mine on ebay, but i have also seen them at bestbuy...for more money of course

it was a christmas present last year, bought on ebay with warranty for ~$250...got a great deal on it, which is the only reason i didnt have to pay for it myself...

and i am hopefully going to get the alpine MRD-M1005 to powe them(1000 rms@2ohms)
