here they are...after waiting close to a month for her...
my ava 12

was packaged quite well. was a b!tch to hand loosen the screws. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

took a quick snap of the width. as others have said, it looks tiny in pics...but this magnet is huge. looks can be decieving...

weight...

my board that is labeled and ready to cut...

my hifonics tx1005d. i dont understand why every1 knocks hifonics. just from looking at it...its sturdy as hell, constructed very well, and looks like it can take some abuse. ill let you know how it runs.

how i will be placing my HU when it comes in monday...i will be leaving my stock HU in place...take out my cd changer, and in that empty space, place my new deh-p770mp. might have to do some slight modification and double up on a wiring harness my crimping them together. hopefully it will deter theifs from stealing, as they will not be able to see the HU in its position as they look in.

the car it will be going into... 04' SRT-4.

and a pic of me, so you can see what i look like...
team GHEY might enjoy it. heh
all im waiting for now is my wiring kit from knukonceptz and my pioneer premier deh-p770mp.
box will be built by the end of this fri. after all port and sub displacement, it will come out to be 2.0^3 @ 30hz.
first time audio enthusiast, and first time box building...any suggestions or cautions to be aware of. i dont want to make any mistakes.
i will be painting my box a flat black or a charcoal after all said and done.
noone has really yet to post pics of the avalanche 12...so there you go. if you want specific shots...ask away. it looks sweet as hell, heavy as fvck, and quality up to my a$$. this sub looks to beautiful to have it sit inside the box.
i will update this thread as my box is being built, box installed, when the HU is here, and when i have it fitted into that cd changer slot.
comment away.
