I received my "door pack" from second skin last week and just got around to start installing it. First of all i got a little more than the door pack, a door pack is 7 sheets and i got 50 //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif. I was kinda worried about what i was going to do with 13 sqft since my doors are massive. (i measured them at 58 inches long) so the 80 sqft worked out well for me.

So far i have 1 door done and i have used about 8 and a half sheets. thats 1 layer on the outer skin and 1 layer on the inner skin.

Here are some of the pics.

How many cuts do you have on your hands? I did my passenger door 2 weeks ago and have been putting off doing the driverside. I guess you could say that **** takes alot out of you if you do it right. But it's worth it.

I just pickedup a shop pack too for super cheap, did my trunk today about 38 sheets:) Got 10 left for doors. Shop pack is 48 sheets not 50 tho //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif Nice job tho i can tell you took your time:) Should pick up some rattle pad and overkill pro. Thats what i pickedup to add to my doors along with dynamat dynaxorbs

The only time I cut my hand was when I was trying to flatten it out to mark for cutting. I just use the metal measuring stick for that now. But never cut my fingers actually applying it.

That tape you use, is that for insulation and holding everything together?

i see no tape //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif
