I should have updated this last night. We resolved everything over the phone at 2am my time. While we could have built a new enclosure and over ighted out to him on Monday, that just didn't seem like a great way to resolve this. So after several emails and a few phone conversations we issued a full refund and I even offered more, but that he declined that though. I did suggest if he is still ordering his enclosure from an online source to go through Brian.
