My Old school 1987 CRX project..

I bought this 1987 CRX si BONE stock with 89K miles it now has 94K miles 4 years later. I have every document since new the previous owner put every record in date coded order in a binder. all original paint/interior also.. Pictures are older.. I have not snapped new ones yet. I do no know how to upload it keeps saying too large. If someone can do it for me thanks, until then I posted links...

I am done exterior and parts wise. I have to sort the old stereo install out and rewire/upgrade.

Lets start with electronics:

JVC cheapie (Bought it with a CDX-C90 but it broke)

soundstream rubicon amp (for components)

soundstream lil wonder (subs)

some unknown tweeters in the door

NO subs at the moment but I plan on the sundown E8's

what a great deck!
Well its not totally broke, half the face does not light up bright. It has the rotary control with it too. I never knew it was good until I read some of the "good head unit" threads. It also would not play burnt CD's for some reason?

I'm looking for a new head unit now. Possibly a Pioneer Premier DEH-P800PRS or maybe something of that caliber used .. I bid on a clarion on e-bay but was outbid.

Thanks for all the comments guys. I really love this car and put more money than miles in it since I've owned it.

I'll start a build thread when I gather all my components to my improved audio setup..
