I couldn't agree with you more on that particular point.

Mark's business practices left more than a bit to be desired and as a result he was banned from this forum (as well as others if I'm not mistaken).

At the end of the day, though, what it boils down to is that he's gone from here excepting the rare situations such as this thread where someone buys something from him locally.

Instead of turning this guy's thread into a monstrous Mark Potts hatefest (however warranted it might be) let's be glad that he made a purchase he's satisfied with and move on. Don't we have better ways to occupy our time? Certainly it isn't as if there aren't plenty of bytes being taken up on CA.com's servers about this very subject that ANYONE who wants to know can easily find many, many reasons why not to do business with TheCarAudioBox, wouldn't you say?

I'm glad that you are happy with your purchase.

I know that this doesn't mean a whole lot coming from me, but mark has really turned things around for the better lately. Much better boxes, better service, and HAS to do things on time nowadays because he is building boxes for a shop.
