My New System

Hey Guys,

I'm new to the forum, and I'm fairly new to car audio as well, i really dont know that much. I wanted to share the system I was thinking of buying, and I was wondering if you guys could provide some feedback on it.

-2 Subs: P315D4 (15" Rockford P3's)

-Amp:Rockford 100001BD Mono Amp

-Speakers:T1693C (Back), and T162S 6.5" 2-Way Component System.

-Deck: Sony MEX-BT5000 w/ bluetooth

-Dynamat: I was considering getting trunk, and license plate dynamat but im not sure yet what do you reccomened.

Thanks guys for reading over this and helping me i really appreciate any comments/help. I want the loudest, baddest system I can get that will rock.

second skin audio > dynamat

get a different deck, pioneer makes good ones, as does alpine, and i personally like kenwood.

what amp are you planning on using for your speakers? depending on the veichle, most people agree that just using two speakers (eliminating the 6x9s) sounds much better than that with "rear fill".. so that's a thought.-

i would also try to find better subs than those p3's, do you only want stuff out of stores with warranties etc or would you be willing to buy off ebay?

yes I am going to be buying off ebay but my total buget without installation is $2000-2200. Also you suggest dynamat?

Oh yes of course the vechicle is 1999 Honda Accord.

Look into 3 SSD's from http://www.ficaraudio.com

If your looking in that price range.

$645 for 3 15" SSD's with Copper Coils would be a great setup for your subs.

pioneer 7800

rainbow germaniums or cmx's / dls iridiums.

*if u buying the iridiums, type dls components in ebay and buy from tristateaudio or whatever*

sundown 100.4 amplifier

2x fi q 15's

sundown 1500D

kinetic 1400 in hood and at least an 1800 in back

kicker / knu 0/1 wiring consisting of big three, power and ground runs. and 1/0 to 1500D and 4 guage to 100.4

raamat or second skin or eDead v1se for deadening.

Sick setup right there

FI Car Audio isn't on eBay but Scott's prices are already stupid cheap, and you wont find them anywhere but on his site. Price to performance ratio as I've seen is second to none.

Most of that isn't eBay "stuff" except for:

- Knukonceptz (same price eBay or their site, cheapest wiring you can get, but it is amazing stuff)

- Pioneer 7800 (that HU will be on there)

- Maybe the Kinetik Batteries
