Yep garages are great. Both cars are in mine all the time.

Last home and city I lived in had a roaming bunch of punks wandering the neighborhoods late at night clobbering windshields with baseball bats. They got mine, no garage at that house, and half a dozen others one night. Windshield was pitted to hell anyway and with glass coverage it cost me nada so I won out. The glass shop even came to my job and replaced it in the parking lot...very cool I did not even have to go out of my way.
