My little weekend project

Doesnt that amp get shook up like crazy or are home audio amps more prone and tolerant to the abuse of vibration?....Im going with the later
Looks clean though dude, I like.
Nope, not really. If it is, then you have serious enclosure issues. That's also a benefit of having the feet on the enclosure, as having the weight in those areas couples the enclosure to the floor (not as good as with spikes, but close), so excess cabinet vibrations are reduced. And besides, most home audio amps are very heavy, but very simple, so there really isn't much to vibrate (plate amplifiers I mean).

Pics just finished uploading.

As alluded to previously, this is where gorilla glue is actually useful. See the little gaps around the port? That's because this stupid *** PVC is measured in millimeters, but the jasper jig only works with 1/16" increments. The little notch is where I didn't realize I had cut the circle completely, and cut a little divot in by accident. Nonetheless, because polyU glues like gorilla expand, they fill in the gaps and the excess area around the port because they expand when they dry. Be careful though, as they can very easily cause the port to shoot out one end up to 1/2" and then you'd be fuked.

There you have it folks, a sub that can be built in 1 day, has a 15x15 footprint and has the output to shake a room. Overall, I'm pleased. I can't wait to try it out with my Dayton HF sub though //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/omg.gif.05aa02c3095d6ce9338996654eca0863.gif
