My Last Amp Thread, Gotta Get It Right

with a good alt, you will be in the high 13's so you will see some pretty stupid numbers either way.
The problem is these 3kw, 4kw amps are so often talked about that I don't think the guys that haven't experianced them really understand what 3000watts actually feels like. Yes 6000 is more, but holy crap, back in the day if your whole system was 1000 watts you were a big boy!

Yep... you still are if you got a good box/car setup.... Look at Alan Dante, I bet his car could do high 150's with 500 watts...

I remember back in the day, I did 138 with a MTX MTA 225 on 4-bluethunder 12's

i think you got it figured out.......2 btls and 2 3000ds will equal loud......

the only thing is almost every one is running that combo....lol that is why i do re/dd almost the same but not....lol...

yeah we suggested 3+ g31 or equivelent......not including front and big *** alt....i think that is sufficient
