My Last Amp Thread, Gotta Get It Right

Info

1996 Honda Accord LX, 2.2L, 4 cylinder

Stock Alt, but getting new HO from Mechman and maybe other one from Powermaster.

1 Batcap 2000 in the back, along with stock. Getting more for upgrade. Doing Big3

Wants

1 or 2 solid amps

it/they need to be able to run current subs, Earthquake DBXi-12

These run at 500w rms, so if I got a 4000 or 5000w amp, Id run them at 4ohms.

When I do upgrade to bigger subs, Fi BTLs, they need to be able to run those.

Budget is somewhere between 900-1300, but I will push a bit if I am getting a product I really like.

Current Ideas

In no particular order, these are some amps I am looking at.

1. (2) Sundown SAZ-3000

2. Hifonics XXV Goliath

3. Powerbass 4000d

4. Atomic 5000.1

5. Stetsom 4k2

6. Memphis 4k

Amps are personal opinion! I realize that. I'm just trying to gather as much info as I can!

I Know I Have Made An @$$ load of threads, but this is why I am making this one, so I do not have to make anymore! I have used the search bar, but pulled up many things on many different amps, I want them all in one place

2 x SAZ-3000D will beat the Pee-Pee out of your 18" BTL's ALL DAY LONG.... best combo from your list by FAR.

What about power draw on those 2 3000? Would HO alt plus stock and a few batteries take care of it?

hey for 1100 show me another amp that willdo between 2700-3100 watts at one ohm with a 2 year warranty.....

for the price no matter how I feel there well worth the money new....

nope i say a 250 alt atleast and 4-6 g31 size batts and a replacement up front...

i ran 2 rd 3250 on 1 300a alt and 1 batt. so yes you would be fine. dont rule out the 3250 also. i can give you a sweet deal on a pair of used ones.

See I'm not sure if I could do that. I need to have 1 alt, batteries pending. What about powermaster SPL alts, for extreme vehicles, can I run one of those?
