And I also agree that a straight tube with the lowest mu will be the most efficient port with the correct area.

However, I still don't agree that the design can even be calculated properly, let alone predicted by how much power you're giving it. If your happy thats all that matters. But i assure you that you can gain a monster amount of output by redesigning that box. But you gotta start somewhere and have a baseline to work off of for future boxes. GL:)

 
Again.. not to bicker, but there is nothing wrong with the design. Something wrong would be the builder not being happy with the performance.
