A setup I did with 2 JL12W6's, did a 148. I doubt you could really get much more out of them, as I was already overpowering them by 150 watts apiece. You may be able to get another 3 db or so with a ported box, but I don't see an increase of 8. We did everything we could possibly do, his original setup was pushing a 146.
