i am wondering if my electrical i have which is stock 130amp alt, big 3 in 1/0, biggest duralast possible 1000amp battery will upgrade to kinetik1400 or 1800, and one run of 1/0 to back for power

can i run a zx2500 at 2ohms only using around 1500rms of the power for my 2

l7's and a zx850.4 only using 700rms of it

so around 220-2300rms will i be ok or no if not will the zx2500 just go into protect to let me know so it wont blow or wat

also wat will i need if that happens

watch your voltage, thats risking it a little bit

I get a lil voltage drop off of 1700w and I have a redtop up front and a stinger spv35 in back

wat wat size alt do you have i havea 130 hoping that will help me a little

if i get too low voltage drops will it fry the amp or will it just shutdown and go into protect

i know idle will be the main problem w/o the big 3 on just 1200rms i am getting down to low 12's high 11's at full tilt

yep idle is bad news bears for me, but it never goes under 12.5, you need to seriously be carefull running that much power, especially 2amps.... my alt is 130 also, so you might want to upgrade to a couple or more drycells....... and your amp probably will start going into protect, thats what my 2607d did when i had it turned up too much

yea well i am only going to run full tilt at high rpms when curusing if i have low voltage and then turn it down when i slow down and my rpms drop

i plan on getting a hc1400 for the front and a batcap 800 or something small for the back but i was trying to avoid running another power wire to the back

then i plan on getting a 200amp alt and then i wont have no worries

im running a 1500d and 100.2 with a stock 90amp alt, yellow top underhood, and NONE of the big 3 done atm, full tilt with engine off i hit down to 11 volts and can go below that to 10s if played for longer, but when car is on dont go below 12v and this is all at full tilt. i also get alot of dimming but for the little electrical i have atm, you shouldnt worry at all with da power your running. i plan on doing da big 3 in 1/0 soon though and adding a hc2400 in back to completely stop voltage drops and dimming in near future cuz ill be runnin 2 1500ds strapped at .5 ea //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

I'd go much bigger than a batcap800 in the back. Look at something the size of Powermaster D2400 or Kinetik HC2000 at least.
