Perhaps these thugs think that legal recourse doesn't work because they don't know how it works!??!

That, or they are smart enough to know it takes forever, and costs alot of $ to litigate a case so they bust caps to satisfy their gangsta mentality.

No doubt and so do I. I also know that there is a proper way to do so. Assault for someone gesturing an *** slap isn't the proper way. Was her life in danger? NO, so use of exuberant force isn't necessary. Get over your inflated values.
