Yeah i'd say he is screwed... it wouldnt have been bad if he just speared him or punched him, but if he kicked him in the face when he was down then he is in for some serious trouble. I smell some prison time.

well we both have an excellent lawyer, who is a family friend...he used to be a cooperate lawyer for honda motor corp...he has gotten us off many charges when we were younger...i think between the 2 of us there are over 20 assault and battery charges...we were able to get rid of nearly all of them fighting them in court...we both did some time before 18...but we got our stuff together...finding the right women, kids and church make you change your life pretty drastically...

but like i said, they have already received council from his job...i think my aunt has already met with this guy so...idk...

i know its morbid of me, but i really wanna know what this dude looks like right now...

how is that though? i simply put earlier that we were both doing such a good job at keeping clean over the years, and being men about life...we are living respectable lives now...he and i grew up together, we had to leave boston together to live with my grandparents because of all the trouble we caused...i look back and feel like a loser sometimes for half of the things we did...and then i said that he and i got into a alot of fights back in the day, we fought with people over everything back then..and got caught a lot too...and we got lucky...and then we changed our lives...i dont see the badass in that....unless your talking about us going to church now, that is pretty badass of us...

I agree with your cousin man.. You DO NOT mess with a man's family!! The douche got what he deserved.. a kick in the teeth! maybe the office was not the place to do it but he deserved an good *** kicking.. he'll think twice about tryin to be a smart *** and touch another woman

I had a prob with a guy calling my gurl when I was in HS.. I addressed it twice before ..and the third time I was fed up.. I called him, gave him a piece of my mind and told him he was getting hurt BADLY at school Monday or after school, depending on my mood... Well he dropped out on that monday and I have not seen hide nor hair of him.. True story.. not trying to sound like a badass, but when a 6ft 265lb is intent on hurting you, then you take you puny *** out of the situation

ha, i like the way you think, but...its over man...my cousin got his message through...now its time to go into recover mode and try and fix things up...the good news is that apparently his company isnt going to take action on him until he is officially convicted of committing a crime (i guess its a perk of graduating from UF and having a company owned by boosters)...however he was given a mandatory 2 weeks off...i dont know man, i feel bad in my gut, i just want everything to be ok for my cousin...

I agree it wasn't the smartest thing to do, BUT I would've probably done the same thing to be honest. And the idiot that got his *** kicked should definitely count his lucky stars that he's able to breathe on his own because alot of guys out there would do worse than what your cousin did and for alot less, just my 2 cents.
