My car audio hobby has ended.

I never liked T.V. always had a radio...

Then I learned to upgrade the speakers....

Then I found out about receivers and large woofers.

Then it went from there.

I started tinkering with boom boxes and old equipment people gave me back about 24 yrs ago....

I have never been satisfied and like my wife says I will never be satisfied no matter what I do or how much it costs....

I have 14 speakers in my extra cab Toyota right now, it sounds great...

but.....

With a hundred more watts here, a couple hundred there, a sub that will play a little better at this frequency, an adjustment here an adjustment there.....

Switch this for that...yadda yadda...

"now what" means just enjoy it if it's doing everything you want as that's what the "real" goal should be. I haven't upgraded anything in over a year, VERY happy with how everything sounds. The music is what it's all about to me, not constantly chasing a dream, but others seem to enjoy that part of it...

Its not just about having the system, to me at least.

Its fun installing, checking out new stuff online and coming up with crazy idea's for what you are going to do next, even if some of them never happen.

I am new to car audio but I love it!
