My build

I have posted on here trying to find someone to design me a 4th order box without any response,so guess I'm going to try it myself. I know h x w x d divided by 1728 gives me my cubic ft and I know the displacement of my subwoofers. I'm going 1 ft sealed per sub and 2 ft ported per sub tuned at 45hz for my daily. I'm going to make a removable bolt on port. How do I calculate the displacements of the 45 degree corners for bracing? I plan on doing a external port but can not find a online calculator for external ports. I'm assuming I could use a regular port calculator and the subtract the displacement of the port from the box, because the port calculator would automatically add the displacement to the box?

So I got my box laid out. I will have 2.0 sealed and 4.0 ported after all my displacements. I will be doing an external square port. I am having trouble trying to figure out the port area. I want to tune the box to 46 hz. I know rule of thumb is 14-16 x the 4 cu I have but that's not for tunning high. Someone please help. Also how do I figure up the length of the port after I get the area? Thanks

Run your numbers into Torres to get pa, tuning and port per (which is the 14-16).

I could not get the Torres to download but after watching more videos and using mobile information lab this is what I came up with. Port 4x15=60 in port area, so I'm going 8x7.5. Putting that in with my box volume it says the port length should be 12.71 for the length tuned at 46hz. Does this look right?
