my buget set up vs JL 500/1 & 12W6

i have PA BMAF 4000/1 matched with dual PA 10" P3's

i know PA doesnt do what its rated, my amp claims to push 4000 watts at 17V, i know for a fact my current volts are at 14.1..

my subs claim to push 2000 watts each as well. I have a small sealed box in the subs, which i dont know the specs..

i have the chance to get a JL 500/1 with a 12W6 in a tuned ported box.

do you guys think i will get a higher DB rating with the JL toys?

also which will be heavier?
