You should be looking at components for your front doors, a subwoofer and a nice 4 channel amp. That's a better option than placing coaxials all the way around...

A budget is a budget. I'd say save your money for something you'll enjoy more. But if you're in desperate need for some sound in your car, so be it. What do you have now?
