anonymous, I couldnt help but notice your sig, RE huh I guess if your rich it doesnt matter, since their HUGE raise in price since they were bought out by US amps and the prices sky rocketed...For the price I just dont think the audioque can be beat...

What gives you the idea that im rich? because i owe a RE sub? which doesnt make sense becuase my RE sub is from 2002 i believe. and plus i dont think spending only $400 on the whole system in my sig being rich.

No I was meaning since RE is no longer the same and if you need a new sub what are you going to do? Im saying unless your rich you may have a hard time buying their new stuff since you have an interest in RE. I wasnt sayin your rich, what I meant was people who buy RE now NEW are rich, cause the prices are insane,

what now, you can countersink the sub if you want it to look pretty, an you can just brace the inside of the box.

DJ says dont use double baffle just brace the box and your better off and I believe its 45lbs for the 15s

you can double the baffle, it just adds weight to the vehicle, but yeah bracing will do more than a double baffle.

So how are the hd3's for a dd? Are they good in sq at all? It says on the website 2k peak music, how are you guys giving them that much wattage? Never really heard anything of AudioQue so enlighten me, just trying to learn...

well the 10" and the 15" has same voice coil diameter and motor so id say itll take 2000wrms easily and around 6k+ for burps. im runnin my 10's with 2 orion 2500d and 1 orion 2500d at .35ohms for burps Dont forget the AQ's are efficient also //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

Well the hd3 series woofer has a bigger mag then the 9500 dd, but cost alot less, both are amazing woofers its more budget safe to get the audioque they get insane loud and can handle tons of power, I think on the 10 and 2k you might want to talk with DJ he can help you the best, as far as box and so fourth, dd and audioque are owned by the same familiar incase you couldnt see the similarities. Get nasty loud with just 600rms, but up the power and up the output same as DD woofers....The Hd3 series will kill an SX in any aspect you can think of, as far as box specs the 10s best is 1.5 cubes, 12 2.5 cubes and 15 4.5 cubes, give or take a little but depending on your needs such as SPL SQ or SQL
