Right one sub woofer + to the other sub woofers -. But, not vice versa. Now you will one sub with an "available" + lead and 1 with a - lead, right? Run that positive to the amps positive output (in bridged mode). The take the "available" - and run it to the amps negative output (again in bridged mode). This will make your amp see a 4 ohm load and with the gear you have, I think it's the best scenario. We really don't want to run your Crunch amplifier at a 2 ohm load.

No need to bypass the amp. Most use an LOC that takes the full amped signal and turns it into a flat RCA level signal. Here is the newest I have...

It would also be easy to add an equalizer to have individual rca inputs for all of the channels. A decent one can be had for less than $40...
