Yeah I did all the cutting myself, it wasnt too hard @ all.

Is there any real easy way to make the circles on the wood to cut them out, to draw your circle on the wood I mean?

5 to 10 dollars if you dont have one doesnt seem bad to me. I had one laying around in the garage, so it just came up as the thing to use

I understand, and don't have much of a better solution, accept to tie a string to a nail where you want the center of the circle. Then tie it to a pen or pencil at the correct radius and draw the circle.

honestly that was my first response as well, but i went for the more witty one and looked like an idiot.

Well, I ended up just taking a slab of left scrap MDF, about a foot long an inch wide, and drilled two holes the length of the radius of my circle. Then screwed it to the center of my board, then stuck a pencil in the other hole, and traced out my circle. Came out magnificently, hehe.

also in your box your sub comes in there is usually a piece of cardboard you can use that is the size of your sub....food for thought i suppose now

Oh ****, BOOM! haha why didnt you hit me up earlier. Ha, thanks though, "food for thought" precisely.

Well, I did a little bit more today, got a Jigsaw from a neighbor, cut out holes, did a little more drilling and screwing. I am having trouble with the 2nd port wall. If anyone could help me out PM or AIM @ FFr3nZieX, thanks.

So I'm a little busy today but I did get some things done, I went to lowes and bestbuy picked up some Silicone 1 (100%silicone) sealant and 2 wire terminal cups. I cut out the holes for the subs, cut the holes for the terminals. I glued and screwed the sub walls in place, and mounted one of the 4 port walls, still havent glued it yet. Here's a little bit more eye candy ....

Construction is COMPLETE!!!! ::slaps DONE sticker on box::

I just have a little bit of sealing left to do, and then I will be either painting it or going with the vinyl look...leaning more towards the vinyl.
