SoundQubed Is Life.
Hi all you bass heads I didn't know if this was the right forum to post this but I wanted to show all you guys my new competition bass setup. I am close to around 158db.
So for the radio I wanted to get the most ****** one I could find in my budget: Boss 625UAB it is so cool and its bright blue color! My friends says its awesome only $199 from my local shop too!
So I wanted to do some work of my own and get some subs and an amplifier and install it myself so here is what I got.
Sub woofer box (this box was custom made got it off eBay):
It was a hard desicion on the subwoofers, I mean kickers are top of the line, but i wanted to stay in my budget and hit hard, so I picked up some of these pyle 12" subs and man do they look bad ***!
So I know its good to have a nice amp, I mean the sub does the work but the amp is the beast, so I did what all my friends told me and I bought the highest wattage amp i could get for under $100 i mean thats a lot of money!!!1! So I got the best amp i could the Boss Onyx NXD3500!!! Just look at it! Its awesome!
Wire doesn't mean a lot I mean as long as I have wire it will work, at least thats what the local shop told me so i went on sonic and got the cheapest kit I could so i got this kit StreetWires ZN1K-08 8-Gauge Amplifier Installation Kit (ZN1K08) and the red wires look awesome run over the carpet its a cool touch up to the car!
I heard from the guys at school that i might have headlight dim with so many watts so i purchased a capacitor just incase but I didn't have a lot of money left over so I got this one and it does the job! Power Acoustik PC1.5F I heard Power Acoustik is an awesome brand so thats why I went with that one.
So yeah guys that is my 158dB setup! Let me know what you think!!!
