MTX jackhammer box cuz im lazy

Im too lazy to make a box in this cold for my temp setup of a B2 AS12 mkii on a MBQ ONXY 1600D so i picked up one of those mtx jackhammer boxes off the classified for cheap. wondering if anyone has the exact specs on it. From my calculations it will end up being about 1.85 cubed tuned to around 38-40hz which isnt too bad...i might not get all the lows as nice as i want them but ill probably be able to get pretty loud.

one thing I hate is that it says MTX on it so i gave it a make over (also didnt come with the gloss faceplate) I think it will compliment the sub a lot better now

Is that MDF wood? Looks cheap, but I was the king of prefab boxes until I found someone to build one for me. I will never go back to prefab again lol.

Yep mdf... I usually make my own boxs but i hate doing it in -10 celcius so this was the best alternative i could find

relax..its only a temporary setup until i finish my dual 8 box...its coming along slowly but surely

Got the amp setup consevative at 1ohm to feed the sub about 1100 clean watts and it'll do for now ....the youngsters in the neighbout seem to love it though i even over heard "i never heard of that company" to which another guy replied "thats because its a competition system" lol that made me chuckle in my mind. Maybe this summer ill make a proper enclosure and give it to my brother.
