mrv-f345 protect mode?

i have 2 amps mrd-m1005 and mrv-f345 and the mrv-f345 tends to shut off and stay off for a day at times which i hear its in protect mode. my question is how do you get it out of protect mode. i have stock battery and alternator and no cap. im just wondering how do get this out of protect mode.
