memphis PRD1000.1 wattage?

does anyone know if the power reference amps from memphis are truely rated, or are they somewhat over or underrated? Second, is im wondering if anyone knows the RMS wattage of the PRD1000.1? it says on the website that at a 1 ohm load, which im running, it can take all 1000 watts its got continuously. Is that true, if not, can someone what the RMS is?
