well yeah.... i dont really understand how that guide work.....haha but yeah i wanna know waht other people set their gain to..

ive got that same amp hooked up to 2 500 rms subs, which is basically the same at ur 1000 watt type x.....so my gain is at .3

cool i keep mine at .3 too..but what are the other setting mean???

my bass is at 8 because im using a line out converter=worse signal then with a HU

Its totally dependent on your head unit's pre out voltage so there is NO perfect place to set the gain for everyone that has that amp and subs.
