It's possible, but not a good long term solution.

I do it to test amps sometimes.

Our shop has actually contacted several manufacturers for the same reason and they all said it is perfectly fine to do this for this type of application.

we are in Hawg heaven here in Colorado and everyone wants a system but has no room so that is exactly how alot of places are doing them now.
