Well, go **** me. Went to finally tune and set everything up, and low and behold I have no mids. Tweets kick on, sub box is not in the car yet, but I have no ****ing mids! WTF!!!????

Can anyone throw me a bone on what this might be?

Nope. I get the L/R Tweet. but that's about it.

Check the resistance on the coils first to make sure they aren't blown. To test output voltage you want AC voltage.

yea set the dmm to resistance/ohms. put it to the terminals of the mids and if reads the impedance to roughly what the speaker is supposed to be then the speaker is good. if it reads zero, it's blown.
