I used to make my roof WANG ~2" with just 1.2kW, not really a whole lot of power.... but it didnt meter loud enough...

8 mtx 1501d's.....................225 each x 8 = 1800

16 8volt batterys..................70 each x 16 = 1120

RMS ratings on subs are thermal ratings- doesn't nescessarily mean it'll sound "best" at that amount of wattage- most subs perform their best @ 50-75% of their thermal rating FYI

BTW a 12" pyle took a welder for about .5 seconds. The welder was set to 300 amps.

Seriously, what is the welder puttin out as far as wattage? tell me how many volts OUTPUT, and ill figure it out. anywayz, sorry its sorta an old post, not too old tho. I just have 2 pyle 12" subs so.....

i'll bet anyone in this country that I could feed x amount of wattage to any driver. no prob.... i just hope that you dont Like, or Need that driver.

Anyone that has ever plugged a driver into a wall socket should understand. Anyone that's ever burped a driver over it's rms should understand.

it is a stick welder and i think that they are 12v output if i am correct. It was an lincoln electric one.

12 volts at 300 amps is only 3600 watts at .04 ohms
