On that note, wouldn't it make sense to run an extra run or 2 from the alty to front batt? Or is the length of the wire going from alty to front batt is so short, that enough current can pass through it?

It surely doesn't hurt and it may also not make much of a difference. It really depends on how much current is flowing through it. A single 1/0 is plently for most.

is there a REALLy huge diffrence between the cheaper KLM by KK 1/0 and the kicker hyperflex?? seeing now that im going to need over 80+ foot of this cable

Flexibility will be the main difference. I believe there is a small difference in current carrying ability but that should be a non issue.

The Kicker is very very easy to work with; I love it. The Knu wouldn't be quite as flexible, but should do the job. You can get the Kicker kits off ebay for dirt cheap, $70 or $80? It basically includes everything you need but RCA's.
