ok i've been given advice before were it says get 2 subs and then they name a mono channel amp. Can you use a mono channel amp to power two subwoofers?(my first setup)

Yes, You just have to wire it diffrently. Look in the wiring and electrical section for a tutorial on wiring the voice coils together.

so if i had two l7 12" kickers (2 ohm), how many watts would this ampLOOK give to each sub?

It says it will do 1000w @ 2 ohms.

It seems as if your best bet would be to only use 1 of those kickers for that amp, if you already own everything, if not look at a new amp.

For subwoofers, you are better off going with a mono D class amp that is designed to power them.

You're propay going to want something that does around 1500w at 1 ohm. I believe the subs are 750rms and DVC 4 Ohm. So you can wire 2 of them down to 1 ohm. SOmebody correct me if i'm wrong.

I've never had personal experience with that one. Try searching around about it. I know i've seen plenty of hifonics threads.
