Somewhere in the neighboorhood of $1300 for the audio, another $1000 or so for the communications gear.

The home setup is what drains the money quickly, though -

- Klipsch Forte II floorstanders...$600

- heavily modded AR turntable...$700 with cart. and tonearm

- Adire Audio Rava powered subwoofer...$500 shipped from Wigginz

- Bottlehead SET kit...$400, upgrade the coupling caps for $70 or so in parts

- Canare 4S11 star quad speaker interconnects, Knukonceptz RCA cables...$100 overall for cabling

- Undecided line level and phono preamp...$600-800 depending.

- Complete cost to re-tube the entire setup...at current market values, $100 or so every three years.
