Modding begins for the 08 mustang

remember this is my girls car. not mine. so not too over the top. anyways. here is the wheels i am ordering tomorrow, along with the black out tailight covers. street scene rear fascia, upper and lower billet grill. tint goes on on the 20th. heres a pic of the wheels. they are foose nitrous 20's. 20x10 in the rear and 20x8.5 in the front. her car is black and is a v6 but suprisingly fast. anyways ill keep the thread updated.

I had 20" bullits on my 06 gt and there was a seat of the pants loss in acceleration with em. They looked absolutely awesome on the car though, so it was worth the hit on acceleration.

They probably will look goofy if you don't drop the car some. I sold my rims to a dood with a GT that wasn't lowered and instead of lookin great, it looked like poo.

no thats not the car. just a pic of the rims on a car like hers. she has a v6. the rims weight 24lbs each i believe. the grill isnt black. its a billet stainless steel color

yea im going to get some lowering springs down the road. im going to see what it looks like with the wheels for now.

24lbs isn't all too heavy for 20's. With a V6 stang I doubt performance is really the top priority. Should look sick for a daily driver once you get the lowering springs on it.
