mm which old school badboy 12 are you choosing between these two?

I've got me a nice GZ Nuke 12 dual 4 in a "Dave The Box Guy" 12" ported box with a single 4" aeroport tuned to 32hz I believe, with a window style brace in the middle.

I just got a RF Punch Power DVC 12 dual 4 today :lickslips: , the coils read good, suspension is pretty good, and we will see how she performs.

Which of these two would you choose? I'm going to TL each one at the dash and high speed outlaw on the highway lol... my power will probably be a Kicker KX600.1 first and then my newly acquired Orion HCCA2400d, all running @ 2 ohm. The HCCA2400d has a broken gain knob but where its set at its pretty loud, so we shall see.

yes it is in fact a 4" coil

depending on how they sound, i would have to go with the GZ, it just looks so much more impressive, there than than the coil. but a lot can be done with at 2'' coil

the nuke gets down on the lows better than any sub i've ever owned or heard in my life. i dont know what it is, but the whole thing is the total package. I hope the RF can hang.

Nice!!! Both good old school subs. Like the big surround on the GZ, but love the Fosgate rumble. Were this the sub before the HX2'S. I have 2 10" RF DVC sitting in my garage/polebarn.

yes the punch dvc and power dvc were the models before the he/he2/hx2/powerhx2

the gz nuke I got as a sort of gift to a buddy and he is getting it and the ported box

the rf, well that will most likely be for sale unless I find a use for it. I also have a black cone Orion HCCA 10d2 I play with, its pretty bad azz too.

speaking of power hx2's, my buddy is picking one up locally, its a 15 and some guy is just dumping it. nice find for him.
